Maritime professionals using the UTM Reporting app collect on-site data regarding the thickness measurements of Cargo Hold Sideshell. Their objective is to achieve automatic data population in TM-7 S31 during the survey report generation process.

Data Input Procedure for Automatic TM-7 S31 Generation in UTM App

1. Link Structural Members such as Hold Frames to TM-7 S31

2. Create a unique Cargo Hold item in the room/space tab for each Cargo Hold number

3. Access the Blueprint, Zoom In, and Add Markers

4. Select the Structural member linked to TM-7 S31 for Thickness Measurement

5. Record Basic Information for Thickness Measurement

6. Choosing the General Location: Zones A, B, C, or D for TM-7 S31 Form.

This selection will automatically route the thickness measurement data to the corresponding Zone in the TM-7 S31 form, ensuring organized data presentation.

7. Select the Transverse Frame Number for Measurement

8. Select the Cargo Hold space number for Measurement
